- Deposit of an unlisted coin
- Another exchange refunded the deposit to Mandala
Please make sure the transaction has the required number of network confirmations on chain as specified by our system on the initial user deposit page before making a request.
If you have an uncredited deposit that does not fall into these categories, please open a new ticket with our support team.
