If a deposit network is down for maintenance, deposits made during this period will be processed after the network comes back online. For example, if you made a deposit of USDT over the Solana network and the Solana network for USDT deposits is offline for maintenance, your deposit will be credited to your account shortly after the network is restored. If you are not credited for your deposit, please open a ticket here and provide support with the TXID of your deposit.
If this is your first deposit, and you are attempting to generate a deposit address for the first time, you will need to wait until the network maintenance is complete.
Withdrawal requests cannot be submitted while a network is undergoing maintenance.
If a withdrawal is processing while a network is pulled offline for maintenance, the withdrawal will be processed once the network comes back online.
Network maintenance periods often do not have an ETA for completion, however, most maintenance is completed within a 1-3 day period.
