How to download Trade History:
Step One: Click on your profile icon, on the top right hand side.
Step Two: Click on the button with your email on it.
Step Three: Once on your account page, on the left hand side click on Orders and then click Trade History.
Step Four: Once on the Trade History page, click on the far right button saying Export.
Step Five: You'll see a screen pop up for the date range of trades you want to download. You can only download three months at a time, so click on Custom Range then select the date ranges you want to download and click export.
Note: Users may export annual reports by exporting 3 months at a time using the Custom Range.
Step Six: When we are done compiling your trade info, you will get a download with the date range in the file format of .xls. If you want a csv you will have to file covert from the xls format. You can do this by using an online file converter (google XLS to CSV converter) or by using your computer if you have a file converting application. Support can also pull this information for you in a CSV format, just put in a ticket here.

Step Four: Once on the Deposit & Withdraw History page, click on the far right button saying Export.
