Please read the following for important information about the new Mandala Exchange
Trading ended old exchange on 7th September 2023.
Withdrawals are available until 22nd September 2023.
Any funds left on the exchange after 22nd September 2023 may be recovered by raising a support ticket. Recovery is not guaranteed.
We urge you to safely withdraw any unsupported tokens into a wallet of your choice until we go live with trading in those tokens. Manual recovery at a later date will be time-consuming, resource intensive and may prove problematic.
You will need to create a new account on the new exchange and transfer your funds, if you wish to continue trading on Mandala Exchange.
You can either withdraw to a personal wallet anytime before 22nd September, or you can withdraw directly to the new exchange.
Wallets and trading pairs for a number of other tokens will be coming online in phases over the coming weeks and months. Please keep an eye out for announcements and the list of wallets in your Control Panel 'Add Currency'.
MDXT (now MDX) wallet is available on the new exchange - 'Add Currency' on the wallets page.
You must unlock your MDX on the old exchange, to be able to move it to the new exchange.
The minimum deposit for MDX on the new exchange is 500. On the withdrawal page on the old exchange, for MDXT, please ensure that "You will get:" is more than 500 MDX tokens.
Unfortunately, we will not be supporting all the tokens currently available on the old exchange. We are focusing on around 100 pairs of the most popular tokens in the current market. We will expand the range of tokens available as the exchange develops.
Each token has a separate wallet address. Please do not deposit tokens to another address on the exchange. They will not be credited.
KYC is not required to trade unless you need to withdraw 2 BTC (or equivalent) per 24 hour period.
Withdrawal fees on the old exchange are charged by Binance, and as such, we have no control over them.
