There are multiple on-chain and off-chain systems involved in the swapping process. We are still in BETA and working together to find issues within the application. Depending on what's happening, there might be multiple paths to getting the support needed.
Step 1. Check the Beta support Discord Channel
This is the location where we will be posting known issues, and you might be able to find if it's a known issue or if there is a known workaround. Checking here before filling out a support form could save us all time.
There are two support forms depending on if it's a transaction issue or a bug in the application.
When filling out these forms, please complete the form, answered all questions and provide as much information as you can to help us understand and resolve the issue.
If it seems like there is a transaction issue with your swap, then we want to direct that support request to the best path for resolving that issue quickly.
For issues like Stuck transactions, failed transactions, settlement issues etc, you should use this Transaction Support Form
Bugs, UI issues, or General Feedback
If you are experiencing other types of issues when using the application like buttons not working, page not rending properly, support for various mobile phone sizes, browsers, wallets, then please log your issue on our Beta Feedback Form
Please remember, this is a BETA. It's going to have bugs. The team are dedicated and working hard to make this a great product and cross-chain swap experience.
